It all starts with a story.
And the story of Basia connect begins 40 years ago, when Pascal Boisard, an adventurous Breton, decided to settle in Madagascar with his brother to build a hotel space. There he met his future wife, with whom he had five magnificent Métis children. The children grow up part of their lives in Madagascar, before returning to France a little more than fifteen years later with their two parents.
Among these children is Pierre Boisard. Arriving in France to study engineering at the Ecole des Mines in Saint-Etienne, he met his cousin Emmanuel Bussutil for the first time, when they were both in their twenties.
From their encounter, beyond the bond of blood that unites them, a powerful friendship is born, rooted in a deep and shared aspiration: working for the common good.
A few years later, after obtaining their respective engineering degree and after several experiences in the professional world, they decided to found together in 2016 aile'm, their first company . The company builds digital solutions (showcase and merchant sites, microservices platforms, applications,...).
But the two cousins do not stop there. To drastically reduce the production costs of their company, they created a second one in Madagascar, Pierre’s childhood country: this is the birth of Basia Connect.
Initially, they recruit two developer engineers to delegate the production of their clients' projects.
Gradually, over time, the number of client projects increasing significantly, Emmanuel and Pierre decide to directly connect clients with developers via secure chat channels.
Whether for the maintenance of customer sites or the production of applications and software, the feedback is positive and the two leaders then decide to offer the solution to other French companies that need developers.
